Just came back from work. Today "sales" was much better i think. 8 "yes" compare to saturday's 1 "Yes" nia. I think partly was because today's Voucher Value was higher, thus more easy for us to persuade the customers to re-contract with the Company. Yup, Only "8" yes today, my Best record was actually 16 Yes on my first day of work. in the end the comission plus basic pay was sooo Attractive lah. hahas.
After being in a call center, the thing that i believe all the agent hear will sian de is actually hearing the call being diverted to the mailbox. i tell u. is Super sian lor. wait soo long for the owner to pick up the phone, in the end, the call was diverted to the mailbox. Dumb rite.. Arrgh!
I just had a little preview of my job schedule for March. Most of the time i will be working at the 12pm to 9pm shift together with KEN. IVY's Slot will be mainly the 9am to 6Pm shift. i think the reason is because the manager think it will be rather dangerous for a gal to go back soo late. thus, majority of the ppl working at the 2nd shift are actually guys. hahas. Sian, that means no "Eye-Candy" when working le. Haiz!! hahas. i think like that better, i can focus on my job and hope i can earn more commission ba. hahas.
Great, Msg-ed my Guys yesterday, sent soo many msg only one reply and convert attendance, i wonder what the others are up to. Msg them remind them abt meetings, all nv reply. Call them don't pick up. When Meeting starts le den they tell me... "Is today meh?? i don't noe..." Haiz. GREAT!! WELL-DONE!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EH!!
I got nth to do now... or should i say i have no idea what to do... Sianz!!!
