Alright man. Training Offically Over and Done with today. hahas. Graduated loh.~ hahas. YA RITE!! From what the manager say, we mostly likely will be received the working schedule on either tml or friday and work most likely will start on next monday and we being the new batch of trainees, we will most likely start work in either next monday or next thursday.
In case u guys are wondering and interested in what i am working as, i am working as a telemarketer in a company called "PURE CATALYST". This company is helping Starhub to do re-contract for existing Starhub memebers. hahas. The pay and the ~COMMISSION~ is good oso. hahas. Erms, the reason why i want to work is for 2 reasons. Firstly, it is school hoilday. School holiday means i no need to go school. thus, i will not have my Pocket money during the school holiday unless i go get a job. hahas. this is what my dad told me. thus, having no other choices, i have to go get a job. hahas. The next reason why i wanna work is to actually gain some working experience for myself. yup. 2 Reasons why i wanna work. hahas.
Alright. Training was rather dry and boring in the first two day. It was a half day training on first day. What we did was the Manager tild us abt the Ground Rules and oso inparting some Soft skills on customer relationship and also how to deal with difficult customer in the phone. he shared alot of interesting point to us and i find the points that he shared was rather useful oso. hahas.
Second day training was held by one of the two team leaders. He shared with us abt the products and services of starhub. we oso get to noe some of the starhub services and things that were not known to public. WAHAHAs!! We get to know some Confidential stuffs. Shhhh... this one i cannot say. got sign contract de. if i say i die. hahas. The Team leader actually talk soooo fast that we actually ended at 3.00 instead of 5. hahas. Being not a STARHUB user myself, it took me quite a while to understand the Mobile plans and also the service they provided to the consumers. hahas. Okie lah, after lessons i actually clarify the doubts and issues that i had. Cleared most of my doubts now. I THINK!! hahas.
Thrid day. which is today was a rather a more interesting day we had. in the morning, we once again go throught the mobile plan and the Vouchers that STARHUB provide to the customers. after that, we had a role play with some of the senior Telemarketer of the comapany. Man, they ask alot of Dumb Question. Hahas. why do i say is dumb. Imagine ar. if people give u Voucher. will u ask sooo many question or will u just take the voucher and go get urself some mobile phone that u like. Correct or not. hahas. hahas. it was nervous at first and i screw up abit. but okie lah. N0t as bad as ivy. Her phone was hang up by her "Customer". lol. she was rather angry at first and the F*** work came out. lol. i was stunt-ed at first. Well.. hahas.
I really look forward to my first day as a telemarketer in the company. It looks fun and challenging job and I need the MONEY $$... what to do?? Haisz
No Training tomorrow. i think i will sleep till late afternoon tml. i need the sleep that i had "Lost" for the past 3 days.
Oh ya. Valentines' day tml. all couples out there. Happy Valentines' day. those like me, let's enjoy a ~HAPPY BACHELOR DAY~ eh!! hahas.
